The Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to provide services to California’s uninsured consumers, and to consumers needing assistance with health coverage issues. You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposals entitled “California Health Consumer Assistance Partnership”.
